What we collect
When you request an appointment, the website collects:
- Your first and last name, phone number and email address
- The service you choose and your preferred date and time
- An optional short description of what you need help with
- The date and time you checked the acknowledgment box
The website does not ask for Social Security numbers, tax documents, bank or card details, or identification documents. Please do not include them in the description box.
Why we collect it and how it is used
We use this information only to schedule, confirm, reschedule or cancel your appointment and to contact you about it.
Who can access it
Appointment requests can be viewed only by the business owner through a password-protected admin page. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How it is stored
Appointment information is stored electronically in a database provided by our website hosting service. The owner can delete old appointment records when they are no longer needed.
Other services on this website
- Google Maps: the map on our home page is loaded from Google. Google may collect information such as your IP address when the map loads, under Google's own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts: text styles are loaded from Google's font service, which may receive your IP address.
- Language choice: your browser remembers whether you picked English or Spanish. This is stored only on your device.
We have not added advertising pixels or analytics tracking to this website.
